improved menu quality of life:

improved fluidity .

added sound effects.

added effects description.

The effects menu now pauses NPCs.

fixed bugs and errors:

The map of the desert contained transition problems and the player could go out of bound.

The clue system could propose doing the ending (with the eggs) when  the player didn't have all the effects yet.

Using an effect doesn't make the effect menu stuck now.

Leaving the bed of the real room does not block the menu anymore.
